Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are happy to accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

• Please return the items with a copy of the invoice and indicate the reason for returning them.
• Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense to our address.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
• All returns should be sent to: SAA Fashion, A-82/1 Khudadad Coloney, Karachi.

Steps for Return or Exchange

2. Repack the Merchandise
Ensure the item(s) you wish to return, are securely packed for shipment.

3. Ship the Items
Send the merchandise back using a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at your own expense to the following address:
